Puget
Sound Fisheries Enhancement Group
is a
501(C)(3) non-profit organization that works with communities to
maximize self-sustaining salmon populations. In King and Eastern
Kitsap Counties, we work cooperatively with private landowners,
agencies, tribes and others to identify, design and implement
projects that improve salmon habitat.

Mid Sound was contacted by the land owner to help with
implementation of a bank stabilization project that
would help Dog Fish Creek from under cutting and washing away Brysan's property. Mid sound came up with a design that would
benefit the land owner and not have to much of an impact on the
stream and spawning salmon. The bank stabilization project was completed and looks
very good.
