Sound Fisheries Enhancement Group
is a
501(C)(3) non-profit organization that works with communities to
maximize self-sustaining salmon populations. In King and Eastern
Kitsap Counties, we work cooperatively with private landowners,
agencies, tribes and others to identify, design and implement
projects that improve salmon habitat.

Cool Creek
Mid Sound replaced the undersized culvert that caused a velocity barrier to fish
with a bigger culvert.
This bigger
culvert allows the stream to function
naturally during all flow periods.
